I just couldn't get behind it.
![]() I am a big fan of online comics (such as Something Positive, Diesel Sweeties, Clan of the Cats), and was amused when my friend Helen pointed me in the direction of this comic in the series The Knit Princess. I checked the site out but am not enthralled. The art is decent, the plotlines are mildly amusing. She started to loose me, though, when she called a hank a skien. Then I noticed he "tiara hat" pattern you get from donating appears to be a simple star-top beanie with a crown shaped garter stitch piece sewn to the front. Yeeeeeah. Not even a felted tiara that has enough structure to hold its own shape? Not a stranded piece that gives the illusion of wearing a crown? I am left with one thought: Meh. .:Zabet Labels: web comics, zabet |
